What happens when a licence is about to expire?

Certalerts recalculates every status daily and alerts you at 60, 30 and 7 days. Anything lapsed is flagged as expired on the dashboard until it's renewed.

Can I bring existing records across?

Yes — upload or paste a CSV and onboard hundreds of staff and their certifications in one step. There's a template and a step-by-step guide inside the app.

My certification isn't listed. Can you add it?
