Questions, answered

Who is Certify Pro for?: Any firm that has to prove its people are qualified: gas and electrical contractors, construction, offshore operators, airlines and cabin crew, schools and trusts, security firms — plus individual professionals tracking their own licences.
Is my company's data private?: Yes. Every record is scoped to your workspace with row-level security, so no other firm can ever see it. Data is stored in the EU (AWS eu-central-1) and the app is built to GDPR requirements.
What happens when a licence is about to expire?: Certify Pro recalculates every status daily and alerts you at 60, 30 and 7 days. Anything lapsed is flagged as expired on the dashboard until it's renewed.
Can I bring existing records across?: Yes — upload or paste a CSV and onboard hundreds of staff and their certifications in one step. There's a template and a step-by-step guide inside the app.
My certification isn't listed. Can you add it?: Almost always. Email CertifyPro@proton.me with the accreditation and its renewal period and we'll add it for your firm.
